Event Date Change
The Dream Theater event at Microsoft Theater originally scheduled for Saturday, October 30, 2021 has been rescheduled to Saturday, February 5, 2022. There is nothing you need to do as your tickets will be valid for the new date.
Ticket purchasers have until Friday, November 19, 2021 to request a refund from your point of purchase.

- Cash Refunds – The 30-day refund window will begin once the Box Office officially re-opens.
- Credit Card Refunds – STAPLES Center Box Office is open every Tuesday from 12pm- 4pm & Microsoft Theater Box Office is open three hours prior to the event on event days only. To initiate a refund, please contact: BoxOffice@microsofttheater.com
*No refunds will be available for resale tickets, but you can always sell your tickets to another fan.

Health Verification
The state of California and LA County are lifting requirements for indoor mega events; starting April 1, 2022, ticketed guests are no longer required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to enter Microsoft Theater. Remember, if you’re not feeling well, please stay home!
